Wife, mother, and English teacher taking a year off following a heart transplant this past October. Living the good life in the Yellowhammer State, home of Mardi Gras and the Crimson Tide.
Im new to your blog and your story. You are an incredible woman, and I shall pray often that you continue to grow strength and stay healthy. Your son is darling.
a New follower, loved your story and how brave you are!thank you for sharing. My sister at 48discovered she has a Congenital Heart Defect and had to have a emergency triple bypass, this past jan was her 1 yr.lifebirthday as we call it,in 4 yrs she will have to have another bypass. When I pray for her I shall include you in my good thoughts and prayers as well.
You have had quite a journey already for a 25 year old and you have accomplished so much: a degree in education, marriage, a baby! Wow you have not wasted your time. I have 2 daughters (20 and 22) and they are still happily living at home with no intention to leave. I wish you well in your recovery. Your son is lucky to have you as a mom.
Well I will be cheering you on for sure. I will try to view your blog on a daily basis to monitor your progress. Who knows! My 20 year old daughter fainted Friday out of nowhere. The took her to the hospital by ambulance. My husband is overseas so yes it was very stressful. The first responders thought it might be a mild cardiac arrest. My life is upside down at the moment. They released her but I have to find a cardiologist asap. I am very confused. I have 2 kids: one with diabetes and one healthy. This happened to the usually healthy one. Anyway I also need to loose quite a few pounds so maybe your determination will rub off on me. Good luck! :)
